BOARDSKAT 3 – a device designed for connecting flat wooden elements using BIZON type 90 staples with a length of 14 to 32 mm.

Device dimensions (L x W x H): work table with track: 4000 x 800 x 1000 mm
Carriage: 290 x 700 x 405 mm. Equipped with two BeA 90/32-611L staplers, with long magazine and quick-release clamp.

Maximum work surface: 510 x 3310 mm
Power supply and control exclusively pneumatic.

Upon request, we can adapt the dimensions of the work table and trolley to the needs of a given product range.

The solution was designed for the production of repeatable wooden products, where the accuracy and repeatability of the arrangement of connection points are crucial.

The prepared boards are manually arranged in dedicated forms placed on the work table.
The form defines the position of the elements and the programmed staple insertion points for a given product, which ensures high assembly precision.
The work table is equipped with two guides, along which a set of two staplers moves over the elements being nailed. Staples are driven in at programmed intervals, regardless of the unit's travel speed, ensuring even and repeatable connections.

The device allows each stapler to produce two rows of staples:

– the first row is driven in while driving in one direction,

– the second row is made after moving the staplers to the second position during the return run.

Once the nailing process is complete, the finished parts are manually removed from the work table.
