INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that:

The administrator of your personal data is Betarom Fastening SRL registered in Romania, with its registered office in Ilfov, Ana Ipătescu St., No. 39, Branch C 16, Ilfov County

Based on the analyses conducted, the Data Controller is not obliged to appoint an inspector. The Controller processes ordinary personal data in the following categories and for the purpose, based on:

  • If you are an EMPLOYEE of Betarom Fastening SRL., ordinary personal data are collected for the purpose of
  • handling the employment process of Betarom Fastening SRL employees, employee matters and archiving employment-related documents.
  • If you are an EMPLOYEE of the CONTRACTOR of Betarom Fastening SRL, ordinary personal data; these data are collected for the purpose of carrying out the process of offering, concluding contracts and orders and carrying out service contracts, so-called services.
  • If you are a CONSUMER, ordinary personal data regarding data of consumers, natural persons; this data is collected in order to fulfill orders for natural persons.

  1. Personal data will be stored for a period depending on applicable regulations regarding the type of service provided.
  2. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
  3. Your personal data is not and will not be made available to other recipients, except where such an obligation results from generally applicable legal provisions or your consent has been expressed.
  4. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing. The right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent), which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, by mail to the following address: Betarom Fastening SRL registered in Romania, Ilfov, Ana Ipătescu St., No. 39, branch C 16, Ilfov district 4, or by e-mail to the following address: gdpr@betarom-fastening.ro
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
  6. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.
  7. Your data will not be subject to profiling.
