UMBRA device for nailing platforms and other flat wooden elements

A machine used for nailing platforms consisting of pine boards connected by crossbars.

Stapling is performed automatically using stationary BeA Autotec staplers with an upper magazine for BIZON staples type: 92 with a length of 25 to 40 mm;

A device with a modular design with external dimensions of 7500 x 1000 x 2000 mm (L x W x H).

The machine is designed for nailing platforms and other flat wooden elements with the following dimensions:
– Maximum 660 x 500 mm
– Minimum 300 x 300 mm

The tools are height adjustable, so you can nail them down
elements of various heights (in the range of 20 – 70 mm). Stapling is performed automatically, using four stationary K92 staplers using BIZON type 92 staples with lengths ranging from 25 to 40 mm, with high-capacity magazines.

Depending on the type of elements being nailed, different variants of tools can be installed on the machine – staplers, nailers, brads.

The machine drive is based on a chain feeder that allows for adjustment
speeds range from 3-10 m/min. Compacted parts are transported to the receiving area at the rear of the machine. Molds are loaded manually. The machine is operated by 3 to 5 people.
